WHAT'S NEW
The surgeons at Regional Surgical Specialists have endeavored to provide western North Carolina with the highest level of patient care for over 25 years. We take pride that through the years, advances in surgery have been embraced, and in many cases initiated in this region by our physicians. We recognize that patients expect the same advanced technology and expertise offered in large metropolitan areas and major medical centers. Those expectations are met at Regional Surgical.
Two of the newest procedures available for the treatment of Morbid Obesity are the Roux en Y Gastric Bypass and Laparoscopic Band Surgery. We are proud to offer both of these new surgical techniques to the community. In addition, we have a new procedure known as CLOSURE that is a treatment for patients who experience problems with varicose veins.
